Not Your Typical Deli was previously a full service delicatessen and bakery, located in Gilbert, Arizona. We have now evolved to Not Your Typical Workforce.

Not Your Typical Workforce was founded by co-owners of Not Your Typical Deli. The mission for the workforce will mirror the goal Not Your Typical Deli launched in 2016, to empower individuals with developmental disabilities, by giving them a platform for success in an integrated workforce.

The success we had with the deli, inspired us to create even more opportunities for our Developmentally Disabled community. The Workforce was designed to act as a training facility with Vocational Rehabilitation services.
